Kelley Morse is the SVP, Human Resources, responsible for leading the DE&I, talent acquisition, people operations, and HR business partnering functions, as well as overseeing the development and launch of impactful, employee-friendly programs across Bullhorn. Prior to joining the team, Kelley has spent her career partnering with business leaders to build out modern people programs and approachable teams at high-growth startups, including ConcertAI and Flywire. She has an MBA from Suffolk University and a B.An in Communications from Gustavus Adolphus College.
